The following disclaimer and terms of use apply generally to all postings to the PhilADS.net website....

1. SURFERS, ADVERTISERS, BUYERS & SELLERS, JOB SEARCHERS, EMPLOYERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, ANNOUNCERS, SWAPPERS are advised to make careful inquiries of an AD before moving on to any settlements. This applies to all the Advertisement provided here in PhilADS.net.
   

2. PhilADS.net like the name indicates, will only entertain clients of Philippine origin.  It is basically Philippine ADS.  PhilADS.net reserves the right not to entertain ADS posted based from other countries.
   

3. PhilADS.net, its Business Carrier, or its Service Provider shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred through any advertisement.

4. PhilADS.net reserves the right to remove, filter, or reject any advertisement materials. All ADS in PhilADS.net is received through a form-mail listings, and is subjected to reviews. PhilADS.net will not be held liable for any misrepresentation of information.

5. PhilADS.net will not entertain links or products promoting pornographic, warez, violence, obscene, or general religious items.
   
   
6. PhilADS.net will only entertain product or link posting that is favorable to the General Audience, no adult materials allowed.
   
   
7. PhilADS.net will not entertain MLM products, Get rich quick schemes, and other ADS which PhilADS.net deems questionable of origin.  PhilADS.net reserves the right to delete any account or AD it sees questionable.
   
   
8. PhilADS.net reserves the right to block, delete, or suspend users anytime they deem necessary.
   
   
   
9. For PAID ADS subscribers and sign-ups - PhilADS.net reserves the right to reject or suspend a banner AD should it find the design, image, or the url links is pertaining to any factors PhilADS.net deems objectionable or offensive.
   
   
10. PhilADS.net reserves the right to update and change this Terms of Agreement anytime, all posters and advertisers are subjected to this agreement and so forth in the future.
